In this class, you’ll discover the art of making buttery, juicy pies filled with choice of summer’s finest fruit or classic American options like buttermilk custard, fresh fruit, or sweet potato. Guided by our chef, you’ll explore a variety of techniques and styles to perfect your pie-making skills. Whether you prefer a crumb top, lattice, or double crust, this class will equip you with the knowledge to create stunning pies that are as beautiful as they are delicious. We’ll provide a range ingredients allowing you to customize your pie to your taste. During our hands-on session, you will:
