Hallå!
Welcome to Saluhall

The new home of food, bars and a cooking school in the heart of San Francisco.

Step in, Eat Out

Saluhall is a surprisingly new kind of food hall and an exciting place to eat, drink, and explore in the heart of San Francisco. Showcasing five Bay Area restaurateurs, an in-house bakery, burger bar, soft serve shack, and three full-service bars. On Level 2 you’ll find the Cookery Skola, a community-focused cooking school offering both private and public classes that range from perfecting cardamom swirls to elaborate three-course dinners. Saluhall is the combined, collaborative efforts of Ingka Centres, KERB and Claus Meyer & Ko, who together are working towards a new way of doing food halls.

KAYMA

Husband and wife duo Mounir and Wafa are bringing a taste of Algerian hospitality to Saluhall. With KAYMA, they use food to bring people together around the table—serving up Algerian dishes like Coca, a puff pastry pie stuffed with vegetables, and their mezze salad packed full of fire-roasted eggplant, black olives, and greens, served with wholewheat flatbread. Their signature vegan dish is pretty special - a 'steak' made from pressed lion's mane mushroom, marinated in beetroot juice for color, and coated in ras el hanout. You've got to try this one to believe just how good it is.

LA VENGANZA

Chef Raul Medina is a true Willy Wonka when it comes to plant-based protein. This Oakland favorite uses innovative techniques and flavorful ingredients to create vegan versions of your favorite Mexican dishes. His creations even claimed the title of 'Best Los Angeles Taco' at the Taco Madness contest, winning first place over 32 other non-vegan competitors. La Venganza will be turning up the heat at Saluhall with its meticulously crafted tacos, burritos, tortas, and more. It's everything the best local taquerias should be—just vegan!

MOMO serves up steaming hot noodles that'll make your palate do a little happy dance. From her hot and spicy noodles to delicious plant-based delights like her homemade tofu rice noodles.
