Husband and wife duo Mounir and Wafa are bringing a taste of Algerian hospitality to Saluhall. With KAYMA, they use food to bring people together around the table—serving up Algerian dishes like Coca, a puff pastry pie stuffed with vegetables, and their mezze salad packed full of fire-roasted eggplant, black olives, and greens, served with wholewheat flatbread.

Their signature vegan dish is pretty special - a 'steak' made from pressed lion's mane mushroom, marinated in beetroot juice for color, and coated in ras el hanout. You've got to try this one to believe just how good it is.
