Learn to prepare käsespätzle - fresh egg noodles topped with caramelized onions and melted cheese. We'll cover the proper technique for schnitzel, including how to pound, bread, and pan-fry the cutlets to golden perfection. The class concludes with pumpkin custard kuchen, a German cake with a rich, creamy filling.
Each recipe includes detailed instruction on ingredients, techniques, and timing. You'll work individually and in small groups, with guidance throughout the cooking process. All ingredients and equipment are provided. The evening ends with a communal dinner featuring everything you've prepared.
