Join us for an engaging three-and-a-half-hour class where you’ll learn to create various delicious Burmese dishes that will delight your taste buds and expand your culinary repertoire.

In this class, you’ll delve into the rich and diverse flavors of Burmese cuisine, You’ll learn to prepare five classic dishes, each showcasing the unique ingredients and cooking techniques that define Burmese food. From the creamy, comforting Ong No Kaw Soi to the vibrant and refreshing Tea Leaf Salad, you’ll gain hands-on experience and valuable insights to recreate these dishes at home. During our hands-on session, you will chop, stir, and laugh alongside fellow food explorers, turning strangers into companions over simmering pots and shared cutting boards.

The Menu : 

  • Ong No Kaw Soi: A coconut chicken soup that whispers of monsoon winds
  • Tea Leaf Salad: A dish that dances between crunch and silk
